  • Scheduling online or live sessions
  • Invoicing and payment processing (via Stripe, SmartBill)
  • Sending replies, confirmations, or details about our services

8. Photos and video recordings

During ROATC training sessions, we may take photos and/or video recordings for educational and promotional purposes (website, social media such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, informational materials). Images are used only with the participants’ written consent, obtained on-site. Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by email at contact@roatc.aero.
