By accessing and using the website www.roatc.aero, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General information

ROATC (Romanian Aviation Training Center) offers aviation training, career guidance, consulting, and personalized support. Services are available online or in person, depending on the displayed schedule.

2. Registration and payments

• Registration is done through the forms available on the website or by direct contact.
• Payment is securely processed via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email after successful processing.
• All displayed prices are in euros and include VAT (if applicable).

3. Cancellations and refunds

• ROATC services are personalized. Therefore, after registration confirmation and the start of training, payments are non-refundable.
• If you wish to reschedule the session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Copyright

The texts, visual materials, presentations, and information provided during trainings or on the website are the property of ROATC and may not be reproduced or distributed without the written consent of the founder.

5. Liability

ROATC provides support and practical training based on real experience but does not guarantee employment with any company. Each candidate is responsible for their own preparation and participation in the selection process.

6. Data protection

By completing the forms, you agree to the ROATC Privacy Policy, available here: politica-confidentialitate.
